  Introduction of products

Railway Level Crossing Alarm

The Railway Level Crossing Alarm give an alarm using sound, light and voice at the same time. We choose LED signal lamp because it has a variety of advantages such as long service life, low power consumption, far visual distance, near- zero failure rate, all of which disentangle maintenance men from fussy work.

Computer intelligent control is used in the control system, which can analyze and deal with all kinds of complex condition and give an auto alarm when a train is approaching a level crossing.

Lamp pole of Signal Host is made of hot-dip galvanized steel tube with plastic-spraying-treatment surface and super anticorrosion performance.

 Passive magnetoelectric sensors are used because they have strong anti-interference capability and can identify signals well and truly.

 ZDB—II Railway Level Crossing Alarm: It uses two sensors to collect the data of an approaching train to a level crossing. The two sensors are installed on two sides of the rails near the level crossing, each side with one. Signal Host gives an alarm when a train is passing the first sensor, while Signal Host will stop the alarm when the train has passed the second sensor completely.(The same is true with a passing train in an opposite direction.)

ZDB—III Railway Level Crossing Alarm: it uses three sensors to collect the date of a approaching train to a level crossing. The first two sensors are installed on two sides of the rails near the level crossing, each side with one. And the third one is installed at the level crossing to stop alarm. The Signal Host gives an alarm when a train is passing the sensors next to the block section, and stops the alarm when the train has passed the third sensors completely. (The same is true with a passing train in the opposite direction.)

　

　

 　

Electric Barrier Machine for Railway Level Crossing

Electric Barrier Machine for Railway Level Crossing is used at a crossing of road and railway. It prevents vehicles and passers-by from getting across to ensure the safety when a train is approaching and passing the level crossing.

Electric Barrier Machine is made up of motor, speed reducer, loop controller, barrier and balance weight. Double-speed Single-phase High-sliding-difference Rate Condenser Run Alternating Current Asynchronous motor , which is installed an electromagnetic friction brake, is chosen in Electric Barrier Machine .Three-stage reducer with friction clutch is adopted.

There is nonrigid connection between the output axis of Electric Barrier Machine and the barrier bracket .The nonrigid connection can prevent the barrier from being broken when the barrier suffer a collision ,the flexibility of which is between 0 degrees and 15 degrees.

Two kinds of materials, glass reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy, can be used respectively in the manufacture of Electric Barrier Machine.

   Video Surveillance System for Level Crossing


Video Surveillance System for Level Crossing is made up of vidicon head and HD video recorder. It is used to record the traffic condition at a level crossing and preserve it for a long time. Everything that has happened can be looked up at any time and video data can be offered  for dealing with traffic condition.

    HD video recorder gets real time audio and video signals and then these signals are compressed into standard MPEG-1 file or MPEG-4 file by hardware. Circular kinescope can be implemented in many HDs in the HD video recorder. The HD video recorder can storage multi-channel audio and video signals at one time and guarantee the synchronization of audio and video. Sign and Electric Warning Sign

The electric warning sign uses dot-matrix display of LED lighting lamp which has many advantages such as high brightness, low power consumption and long service life. The electric warning sign dynamically displays words “Railway Level Crossing Ahead, Proceed With Caution” on the screen when the level crossing is open to traffic and displays words “train coming, no trespassing” when the level crossing is closed to traffic . Four Chinese characters will be displayed on each screen.

There are various ways for display, such as rolling and flashing. The words can be modified according to customers’ needs.

The stamping forming of aluminum alloy sheet of high quality ,as well as surface oxidation treatment , is used in the production of master .Universal runner is assembled at the back of the master. The signs has so many advantages as light weight , high strength , corrosion resistance, strong reflection , easy installation, long service life and so on. Different specification non-standard signs can also be manufactured according to customers’ needs.
